SCOUT · The qualified pipeline intelligence engine

Stop buying leads. Start building qualified pipeline.

A list of contacts is not a pipeline. SCOUT tells you which accounts are genuinely worth pursuing, who matters inside them, why the opportunity fits, why now, and what evidence supports the decision.

Human-governed. Evidence-backed. Built and run by K-Dems Consulting Limited.

The problem

Most B2B teams are not short of names. They are short of judgement.

Databases sell volume. Volume creates activity. Activity is not pipeline.

Bought lists are undifferentiated

Everyone in your market can buy the same records. A contact list gives you reach. It tells you nothing about whether the account is a fit, or whether now is the moment.

Poor selection is expensive

In relationship-led selling, the cost of chasing the wrong account is not one wasted email. It is weeks of senior time, a diluted proposition and an opportunity cost you never see on a report.

Unverified AI output is worse

Automated research that nobody checks produces confident, plausible and wrong answers. Speed without governance simply lets you disqualify good accounts faster.

What SCOUT does

Qualification, not enrichment

SCOUT is a research and qualification engine. It reaches a defensible commercial view on each account, then shows you the reasoning.

  1. Define the real ideal client profile

Onboarding produces a written ICP, qualification criteria and an explicit disqualification standard. Nothing runs until you have approved it.

  2. Discover and screen the market

SCOUT builds a candidate set from firmographic and public-web sources, then screens it against your approved criteria rather than against generic industry labels.

  3. Qualify the account on evidence

Each account is assessed on fit, problem intensity, timing, buyer accessibility and commercial soundness. Facts, inferences and unknowns are recorded separately.

  4. Identify who matters inside it

Qualified accounts are mapped to the roles that actually own the decision, with contact details where they are lawfully available and verified.

  5. Human review before delivery

No output reaches you without a human governance pass. Where the evidence is thin, it is labelled as thin rather than dressed up.

Difference

How SCOUT differs from a database

Question Contact database SCOUT
What do you receive Records matching a filter A qualification decision with reasoning
Who decides fit You, after the purchase SCOUT, against your approved criteria, before delivery
Rejected accounts Invisible Reported, with the reason for rejection
Evidence Not supplied Source trail on every material claim
Uncertainty Hidden by a confidence score Stated as fact, inference or unknown
Human oversight None Required before any output is released
Commercial entry point

Start with a bounded pilot

Then subscribe when it has proved itself

Subscriptions run from £1,500 per month. SCOUT Growth at £2,750 per month is where most established firms land, and annual prepay is eleven months at the monthly rate, so approximately one month free.

Onboarding is charged once, in advance, and is the work that makes the rest defensible: the ICP, the qualification criteria and the disqualification standard. Starter and Growth run for a minimum of three months, Scale for six.

Who it is for

Built for firms where the wrong account is costly

SCOUT works hardest where deal values are meaningful, selling is relationship-led and the buyer is identifiable.

Consulting and advisory

Professional services firms selling judgement, where partner time is the scarcest resource in the business.

Agencies and specialist providers

Teams with a defined proposition and a repeatable ICP that need depth rather than another volume channel.

B2B SaaS and training

Commercial teams entering new markets, or without a mature internal research function behind the sales effort.

Governance

What human-governed AI actually means here

Human-governed AI means an accountable person approves the criteria before a run, reviews the output after it, and is answerable for what is delivered. The system does the research at scale. A human owns the decision.

Approved before it runs

Your ICP, qualification criteria and exclusions are written down and signed off. SCOUT works to that standard, not to a general impression of your market.

Evidence separated from inference

Anything asserted is labelled as fact, inference or unknown. Unknowns are surfaced, not filled in with a confident guess.

Failures are reported

Where a data source cannot substantiate a claim, we tell you, and we mark the field as unverified rather than shipping something that reads well.

Next step

Build a pipeline you can defend

Tell us who you sell to. We will run SCOUT against your real market and show you the accounts worth pursuing, the people who matter inside them and the evidence behind every call.
